Appel à communications Session Spéciale Santé – 9ème colloque international AFEP / IIPPE

Ce panel s’inscrit dans la thématique 2 « Penser l’économie-objet aujourd’hui et de demain » de l’appel à communication du colloque international organisé par l’AFEP et l’IIPPE, qu’il rapporte au champ de l’économie politique de la santé pour poser la question du devenir du système de soins. Il est ouvert aux contributions d’économistes ou d’autres spécialistes du champ en sciences humaines et sociales.
Penser le système de santé de demain consiste à éclairer le fait social total que constitue la santé pour comprendre ce qui se joue dans ce champ qui s’inscrit dans un univers capitaliste.
Le secteur de santé constitue un lieu privilégié de remise en cause des approches mainstream fondées sur l’hypothèse d’un individu strictement rationnel qui maximise son utilité dans un contexte d’asymétries d’information.

This session fall within the field of theme2 “envisioning the economy of today and tomorrow: multidisciplinary perspectives” of the general call for papers of the AFEP / IIPPE international Conference. The topic is reported into the scope of Health Political Economy. Economists and other researchers in the social sciences are invited to submit papers that question the future of health care systems embedded in a capitalist economy.
Envisioning our health care systems tomorrow requires considering health as a total social fact.
The health sector is a privileged field to challenge mainstream economics based on the hypothesis of a strictly rational agents who maximize their utility under uncertainty.
